 Las Vegas  native and vet T.D.K busts back on the scene with Big Game Hunter.Bringing substance and lyrics back to the arena.Embodying  the spirit of 90s hip hop.With a flare that can compete in today's climate.
Kicking the door open with Hurry Up And Weight featuring another Vegas legendary MC Sedrew Price.
T.D.K wastes no time in servin up his raw street brand of dope lyrics.A heavy synth infuse track laced with a hypnotizing drum pattern. Then you have   Sho Nuff feat Big B.A player ,g-shit type joint.Deep bass like a bay area feel with bounce to it.Something that can knock in the club or in the streets swerving down the block.The hook hooks you right out the gate.T.D.K levels up on this album.Loaded with 16 joints.You can hear the passion and venom cutting throughout the album.On Regardless which has an  big anthem feel to it.He lets you know despite whatever  conditions might be ,nothing will stop him form getting his.From starving to stacking.Always one to put on for Vegas and rep his city to the fullest.As you can hear on You In LV and Sincityus.The Sincityus cut feat MobGee & Debe along with T.D.K all slanging editorial from the perspective of the side of Vegas they grew up on.Coming off like the triangle offense.A catchy sample loop with a gritty chrous. Teaming back up with Mr.Finley on What U Kno Bout T.D.K and Finley traded off verses complimenting each other like they running  a 2 on 2 basketball game.The production is solid on the album.Very diverse.Nothing sounds the same.Heavy hitting tracks with  a lot of bottom.On tracks like Ahead you get a real feel for bars and beats best representing the sound of the project. A smooth hustler manifesto is penned on Paper Politic feat Debe and Ronnie Williams .A menacing synth hums through the track, but the chorus connects instantly and makes everything work.
Over the years staying relevant and competitive in the game ain't easy.,T.D.K addresses this on Except T.D.K.As he says" Everything go out of style except TDK".
Once the thick bass line of Roguish come on you can tell is on some grimey shit.A tale of  cat sdoing dirt and fuck shit not expecting to get caught  up or checked on that shit. Underground rappers being found underground as he states.You all know dirty niggas on this tip.The party anthem on the album has to be the Perkin joint.The chrous will  have a whole crowd in the middle of the floor buzzin and tripping.The subliminal bass,keys and chants got you bouncing soon as it comes on.
Creepin and crawlin across the thick bass line and high keys of Whoa .T.D.K's lyrical prowess is best on display here.A witty flow that rides the beat snare for snare.
Overall Big Game Hunter is diverse body of work.Representing all facets of T.D.K's style .You get the street,the hustle, the story telling wit sprinkles of braggadocio.We didn't know what to expect but he delivers and didn't disappoint.We  knew he could bring the heat but  exceeded our  expectations.Especially with dropping 16 cuts. Most projects coming out now are not putting out this amount of work.
Salute to T.D.K. as the veteran continues to earn stripes.
